14 Achieving more together. A creative process subject to the same high standards as the production process is absolu- tely vital to making a success of an enterprise like Allit. And not just over the past 52 years, but also during the coming decades and, we hope, much longer than that. Allit is involved in high-tech global competition. Our machines run for up to 8,500 hours a year, day and night. Sometimes with as many as 150 refits a year on these machines while they remain in operation, and with permanent monito- ring of the injection parameters and product quality. This can only succeed thanks to our outstanding team with its strong sense of togetherness. At Allit we all stand shoulder to shoulder and help wherever we can. Alongside the efficiency and quality of the machines, the smooth running of our opera- tions and our absolute determination to avoid mistakes are founded on Allit’s most valuable resource: the workforce. Nothing is stronger than a well-drilled team.
