13 Quality has to be assured. We plan every mass-produced item with the highest-possible degree of uniformity. Unifor- mity means accuracy, and production standards that remain at the same high level for every one of those two billion parts. Our expectations are set at zero: by which of course we mean zero tolerance when it comes to inaccuracy. That is why, alongside the feasibility study, the creation process depends critically on error avoidance to ensure that we achieve the extremely high standards we set ourselves. And naturally we pull out all the stops to make sure that we also meet the standards and expectations of our customers, as well as the various provisions such as DIN ISO 9001, international quality management standards and other testing standards set by external partners such as TÜV Rheinland.
