Die Stapelsichtbo- xen sind in allen Größen vom TÜV zertifiziert worden. Getestete Kriterien waren im Einzelnen (1-5): ProfiPlus Box has been awarded with TÜV certification The TÜV organisation (a renowned independent safety testing laboratory headquartered in Germany) has validated the manufacturer‘s specifications relating to open-fronted stackable storage bins ProfiPlus Box for compliance with the provisions of the German Product Safety Act (ProdSG). As a result, all storage bin sizes of the ProfiPlus Box range have achieved TÜV certification. Material changes When subjected to room temperatures of -10 °C and +60 °C, the boxes, loaded with 1.5 times the nominalload indicated by the manufacturer, did not exhibit any major deformation – neither while standing or suspended individually, nor while stacked. Festigkeit Mit dem 1,5-fachen der vom Hersteller angegebenen Nennlast befüllt, zeigten die Stapelsichtboxen einzeln stehend, hängend und gestapelt keine wesentliche Verformung. Auch bei einem Falltest der mit Nennlast gefüllten Boxen auf Beton entsteht kein Bruch oder eine bleibende Verformung. Stacking stability A stack of boxes, piled up to the maximum allowable height and loaded with the nominal load, will remain stable even if placed on a plane inclined by 5° in longitudinal or lateral direction. Schlagfestigkeit Bei Prüfung der Schlag- festigkeit mit einem Feder- hammer entsteht im Boden bzw. am oberen Rand kein Bruch oder eine bleibende Verformung. Impact resistance In the spring hammer impact resistance test, neither the base nor the rim of the boxes exhibited any breakage or permanent deformation.
