11 "Rotlay-Azubis" started on August with the beginning of their vocational training.
In the next 2 to 3.5 years, all junior employees will go through the joint training program "Rotlay apprentices" in the 4 companies.
The training program comprises a total of 10 different training occupations and thus offers a wide selection for starting a career.
On the first working day, getting to know each other was the main focus.
