16 apprentices began their training at Allit Group in 2018.

The technical professions are again becoming more interesting for the next generation and this is where specialists are sought. In this segment especially the Allit Group offers a number of possibilities.

At the start of their career, the new Rotlay trainees were warmly welcomed by board member Karsten Kallinowsky. The first working day was intended for getting to know each other trainees, board and trainers.
In its variety of different training occupations, the Allit Group near Nahe is a figurehead when it comes to promoting young talent. "With our new training program, we had a great demand this year and all places offered are occupied," says Kallinowsky.

All trainees undergo a dual education with practical work and attendance at the vocational school.
In total, ten different training occupations are offered in the four companies.
