A successful start into the working life

14.08.2014

On 1 August 2014, thirteen new apprentices commenced their training in the Allit AG group of companies. Allit AG offers its apprentices vocational training with attractive career opportunities in seven different professions ranging from process engineer, tools mechanic, mechatronics engineer and technical product designer to information technology officer, industrial clerk and information technology specialist.

The basic training programme is designed in accordance with the so-called “dual-cooperative system”, which combines alternating periods of school education with practical training in a company environment. Essential elements of the vocation-specific training are the acquisition of knowledge, understanding and skills in all areas relevant to the respective vocational training fields as well as the apprentices’ integration into everyday working life, with special attention to their post-apprenticeship employment in the company.
