Hans Kallinowsky entrusts his sons with overall corporate management

Hans Kallinowsky (69), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Allit AG headquartered in Bad Kreuznach, Germany, takes his 50th entrepreneurship anniversary as an opportunity to place the responsibility for the family-owned enterprise into the hands of his sons, Jochen and Karsten. “It is a pleasure for me to pass the baton to two well-proven successors. The fact that they are our sons is a matter of particular joy to my wife and myself”, says Hans Kallinowsky. And he remarks with satisfaction that both sons are already fully integrated in the company and that they enjoy full recognition and acceptance. During a “slowing-down period following a long marathon”, Mr Kallinowsky will make his varied experience available to Allit AG by way of a consultancy agreement, without however intervening in the company’s operational business.

Jochen Kallinowsky (41) and Karsten Kallinowsky (38) have been members of the Board of Directors of Allit AG since 1998 and 2001, respectively. From 1 April 2013, which marks the commencement of Allit’s 53th financial year, they will lead the company into the future as equal members of the Board of Directors.
