Allit celebrates its 50-year anniversary and with great success presents its new and innovative product range designed for professional craftspeople at the International Hardware Fair in Cologne.

Allit Asia Pacific is established in Hong Kong.

One brand – one image - three business segments (Plastics, Storage as well as Packaging): Allit presents itself as a competent German supplier over its entire manufacturing portfolio.

Allit AG takes over the commercial enterprise makuba Heimwerker GmbH and thus embarks on the distribution of storage and organisation systems for professional craftsmen and DIY enthusiasts.

A new building is erected on the Rotlay Mühle premises, which today accommodates the mould making department of Allit AG. Previously, it served as a new home to Dr. Heinrich Schneider Optotechnische Fabrik.

Allit AG company is founded on the premises of Carl Ackva Lederwarenfabrik. In the early going, the company primarily operates as a supplier of injection-moulded technical plastic parts to pharmaceutical wholesalers and to the automotive industry. In addition, the company manufactures safety helmets for the construction industry, the forest industry, the THW ("Technisches Hilfswerk", Federal Agency for Technical Relief, a disaster relief organisation controlled by the German federal government) and civil defence.
