Establishment of Allit Plastic-Metal Technology in China: Allit is for the first time represented on the emerging Asian market.

Allit AG takes over the commercial enterprise makuba Heimwerker GmbH and thus embarks on the distribution of storage and organisation systems for professional craftsmen and DIY enthusiasts.

Success requires space, and more success requires more space:
Another building is erected on the Rotlay Mühle premises to accommodate today’s Administration II office.

1984

A new building is erected on the Rotlay Mühle premises, which today accommodates the mould making department of Allit AG. Previously, it served as a new home to Dr. Heinrich Schneider Optotechnische Fabrik.

1973

Allit AG purchases Dr. Heinrich Schneider Optotechnische Fabrik, which was going through economically difficult times.

1960

Allit AG company is founded on the premises of Carl Ackva Lederwarenfabrik. In the early going, the company primarily operates as a supplier of injection-moulded technical plastic parts to pharmaceutical wholesalers and to the automotive industry. In addition, the company manufactures safety helmets for the construction industry, the forest industry, the THW ("Technisches Hilfswerk", Federal Agency for Technical Relief, a disaster relief organisation controlled by the German federal government) and civil defence.

1840

Establishment of Carl Ackva Lederwarenfabrik, a leather goods manufacturing company, in Bad Kreuznach.
